Shipping policy

Wildfound is a small studio based in Co. Kerry, Ireland. Every candle is poured in small batches and carefully packed before it leaves us. Below is how we currently handle shipping and delivery.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship orders from Ireland to:

  • Republic of Ireland

We do not ship outside Ireland at this time. 

2. Processing times

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • During busy periods, product launches or holiday seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to move orders quickly.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another once it has been dispatched.

3. Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

  • Republic of Ireland : 2–5 business days

These are estimates only and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control.

4. Shipping rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight and chosen shipping method.

  • From time to time we may offer free or reduced-rate shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website.

5. Customs, duties and taxes (outside Ireland)

For orders delivered outside Ireland, you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by your local customs authority or postal service. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer.

6. Delivery issues & missing parcels

If your tracking information shows delivered but you haven’t received your parcel, please:

  1. Check with other members of your household and neighbours.

  2. Check safe places and your local postal depot.

  3. Contact the carrier using your tracking number.

If you still can’t locate your parcel after doing the above, email team@wildfound.ie with your Order Number and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

7. Incorrect addresses & returned parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed from the depot:

  • We can resend the parcel once it arrives back with us;

  • A new shipping charge may apply for re-delivery.
