  • The ‘Wildfound’ name and logo (including the wordmark in a circle) are important brand identifiers of Wildfound. Any unauthorised use, imitation or passing off of our branding is not permitted.

  • Accuracy of Information: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to your monitor settings.

  • Pricing and Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed.

3. Candle Safety & Product Disclaimers

Due to the inherent risks associated with burning candles, the following specific warnings and disclaimers apply to all products purchased from this Site:

  • User Responsibility: All customers are responsible for reading and following the Candle Care and Safety Instructions provided on the product label and on the dedicated safety page of this Site.

  • Waiver of Liability: WILDFOUND™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, fire, or loss of profits, arising from the use or misuse of its candle products.

  • Risk: The purchase and use of our candle products are entirely at the customer's own risk.

3.2 Mandatory Safety Instructions

DO NOT leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from drafts and vibrations. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.

4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WILDFOUND™ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE SITE.
